Feedback from the participants in the training course

"The content was relevant to my needs, because I teach adults and one of the biggest problem in our school is how to motivate them.”

“Training methods were effective. We shared a lot, I personally also questioned my own style of learning.Especially the M chart activity during which other participants made suggestions for the unmotivated learner was really helpful to see the situation from other perspectives.
It is a really good refreshment course for me before the school starts.”

“The strategies were really effective and I will use them and try to adapt them to my own teaching setting.”

"I enjoyed participating in the training, wide range of opportunities presented with opportunities to experience different methods. I enjoyed the outdoor experience and I am planning a similar exercise with my adult learners. I will use this to motivate them to participate in a course and to develop team building skills."

"I now clearly understand the importance of autonomy, competence and relatedness in relation to motivation and the learning conditions that favour this. I have 5 excellent new tools in my teaching tool box which I will attempt to implement and to disseminate to my teaching colleagues. I am really excited about implementing my transfer of learning in relation to creating an attendance booklet for parents written by parents."
